Make this your Anxiety Removal Mantra
The one word I would like to give up is Anxiety. In the hustle and bustle of modern day lives, many of us are gripped with anxiety and stress. Let this post lead you to the path of your anxiety removal mantra.
With too much of stress the level of cortisol rises in our blood. Research has shown that exposure to high amount of stress and anxiety can kill neuron and inhibit growth of new neurons in our hippocampus which is responsible for memories.
Hence the need of the hour is to remain in flow by focusing on the present moment. Practicing gratitude and thanking god for gifting our present moment would help us forget about past regrets and future fears.
Realizing the power of the now is indeed the mantra that can drive away anxiety and stress from our lives.
