1. What are you deeply PASSIONATE about?
2. What can you be THE BEST in the WORLD at?
3. Is the strategy economically VIABLE?

The single most important form of discipline for sustained results is FANATICAL ADHERENCE to the Hedgehog Concept and willingness to avoid enticement from opportunities that fall outside the three circles , mentioned above.
