High Performing Teams are characterized by their ability to embrace conflict.

In any team we frequently associate two kinds of conflict i.e. Task Conflict and Relationship Conflict.

Whereas relationship conflict is detrimental to performance, task conflict in some amount while maintaining healthy relationships go a long way in pathbreaking inventions.

This is elaborated in the below insight inspired from Adam Grant’s book Think Again.
