The goal of a great individual or organization is to focus at the intersection point of the three circles which are as follows..

1. What you do are you deeply PASSIONATE about
2. What you do are you BEST in the WORLD at
3. Is the strategy economically viable

“You can be passionate all you want, but if you can’t be the best at it or it doesn’t make economic sense, then you might have a lot of fun, but you won’t produce great results.”
